Thank you for being interested in the WOLFPACK SOCCER PROGRAM for the Fall of 2015.  This is a program of high expectations that have been making a difference in school history; League and Section Champions in 2013 and League Champions in 2014.

CO ATHLETES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PRACTICE OR TRY OUT FOR A TEAM UNLESS THEY HAVE COMPLETED THE ATHLETIC CLEARANCE PROCESS!

2015-16 COHS Fall Athletic Clearance Process

July 28, 29 & 30 4:00-6:00pm

Student Activities Room (HC-6)

 

Clearance packets all now available for pick up at the front office before and after school.

As a friendly reminder, all sports physicals must be completed on/after May 1, 2015.

  • Parents are asked to be in attendance for clearance on these evenings to expedite the clearance paperwork process. 
  • Student-athletes do not need to show up on these nights.
  • We will not be issuing clearance cards the first two days of practice.
  • The first late clearance opportunity will be on Wednesday, August 12th after school on a walk in basis.

Clearance Cards will not be issued after

4 pm on Friday, August 21st,  2015.

 First day of Practice for Fall Sports for the 2015-2016

School Year is Monday, August 10th, 2015.

 Fall Sports are:

Football, Cheer, Girls Tennis, Girls Volleyball, Cross Country, Boys Soccer and Girls Golf.

STUDENTS! Pick up or Buy your "Heroes" YEARBOOK!

If you have purchased a yearbook, but did not pick it up at the Library window during the

May 14th distribution: You may pick up your yearbook in room HF1 before school, during 2nd lunch, and after school

For those students who have not purchased a yearbook:

Details: 

  • Students MUST have a photo ID/school ID – No exceptions!
  • You can still buy your yearbook from the Student Store for $100 cash and pick it up upon purchase until the end of the year or until supply lasts.
  • Bring cash to buy: Plastic yearbook covers ($4), Extra signature pages ($4), Sharpies for signatures ($1), and Yearbooks from previous years ($20 each).
